Youth Film Festival
This year’s 24th Annual YFF will held at the Paramount Theater on September 12, 2025.
YFF is our most important fundraiser,
providing 20% of our programming budget.
VIP ticket sales and sponsorships ensure we can keep providing an exceptional filmmaking education to the Charlottesville community.
In 2024, your support helped us:
Partner with 58 amazing local schools, community organizations, and nonprofits
Create opportunities for students to share their unique voices, producing 400 beautiful films
Teach 1,193 students in 82 workshops
Offer scholarships allowing 63% of our students to attend at low or no cost
Engage 23 Teaching Artists
Celebrate a total of 34 film festival acceptances, with 22 unique student films being shown at 27 different festivals and 21 awards
